| Description | Jefferson Parish Animal Shelter has lots of puppies and dogs for adoption from 10 to 2 at Veterans Blvd. Petco (located between Lowes and Causeway Blvd.) There are puppies from at least 4 litters, some small adult adult dogs and a German Shepherd. Kittens from the Friends of the Jefferson Animal Shelter are available for adoption at both Petco and Jefferson Feed during the same times today. Both Eastbank Jefferson Parish Animal Shelters have re-opened for adoptions. Saturday hours are 10-3. Eastbank Shelter is bursting with adoptable pets.
